aVia unites your devices, shares media across screens

A plethora of smart devices now resides in our homes, making our lives much more productive and fun. With such variety of gadgets, media can easily get lost in one of your many devices. We have smartphones, tablets computers, gaming consoles and smart TVs. And while there are many options available, aVia is easily one of the best media sharing options we have seen lately.

The aVia Media Player allows you to share your media across devices via wireless communications. Essentially, it creates a media server where all your devices can share an utilize media from any participating gadget. One can shoot a video on a smartphone and simply access it via the aVia Media Player and play it on a computer or Google TV. Equally, all devices can access your computer’s music, photos and video.

The application’s interface is very simple, fluid and aesthetically pleasing. There is also different layouts available to make the application accommodate to the device being used.

It is hard to find an app that works so seamlessly. There is no complicated set-ups, no wires, and the experience really is as smooth as it should be. If you own a Google TV, it is worth checking this one out, as it can negate the need to purchase HDMI or MHL chords. These happen to be rather expensive and not as convenient as wireless connectivity.

You can download aVia straight from the Google Play Store for free, so share away and let us know what you think! What do you like or dislike about aVia? Do you think there is a better option out there we should check out?
